Purpose of This Policy

Radiant Life College of Ministry maintains an equitable and uniformly administered refund policy for all students. This policy applies to tuition, fees, withdrawals, cancellations, and applicable institutional charges.

Student Cancellation Rights

Students may cancel their enrollment agreement or contract within 3 working days after signing the enrollment agreement.

If cancellation occurs during this period, the student’s financial obligation will be cancelled, except for books, supplies, materials, or kits that cannot be returned because of use.

Prorated Refund Formula

Refunds are prorated based on the amount of time the student remains enrolled.

  • Programs billed as a full program may provide prorated refunds through at least the first 40% of the program.
  • Programs billed by term, semester, quarter, or another payment period may provide prorated refunds through at least the first 20% of that payment period.
  • Tuition will not be considered fully earned when only a minimal portion of the course, term, or payment period has been completed.
Example: If a student withdraws after completing 20% of the payment period, the institution may retain only the earned portion of tuition and applicable fees.

Written Withdrawal Statement

Students are encouraged to submit withdrawal requests in writing through the Student Services Office or official institutional email.

Drop/Add Period

The College may establish a drop/add period no shorter than 10% of the payment period or one week, whichever is less.

Students withdrawing during the drop/add period may receive refunds for tuition, fees, and eligible returned books, supplies, or equipment.

Nonrefundable Fees

Any nonrefundable fees will be disclosed before enrollment. Nonrefundable admission and registration fees for Florida students shall not exceed $150.

Books, Supplies, and Digital Resources

Books, downloadable resources, digital materials, kits, and supplies may become nonrefundable once opened, accessed, downloaded, or used.

Withdrawal Date Determination

Withdrawal dates may be determined using:

  • Written notice from the student
  • Student communication with the institution
  • Faculty or administrative reports
  • Last academic participation activity
  • Failure to participate in coursework or communication

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the College determines that the student has withdrawn.

Financial Aid Disclosure

Radiant Life College of Ministry is not currently approved to participate in federal Title IV financial aid programs. Federal Pell Grants, federal student loans, and other Title IV aid are not available at this time.

Students are responsible for payment of tuition, fees, books, supplies, and other charges through personal payment, approved payment plans, scholarships, sponsorships, or other non-federal funding sources.

Dormitory and Meal Fees

Radiant Life College of Ministry currently operates primarily through online education and does not presently charge dormitory or meal fees. If such fees are introduced, separate refund disclosures will apply.
