WJC Products and Services is not a government agency and is not affiliated with the Florida Department of State or with any Secretary of State in other U.S. states.
We do not issue apostilles or certifications. Apostilles are issued exclusively by the Secretary of State or other designated issuing authority in the state where the document was issued.
We provide apostille processing assistance for documents issued in Florida and in other U.S. states, including document review, preparation, submission coordination, tracking, and return delivery. When a document originates outside of Florida, it must be submitted to the Secretary of State of the issuing state, and all issuance decisions are made solely by that authority.
Government filing fees vary by state and must be paid to the Secretary of State or issuing authority of the applicable state.
Government filing fees are separate from our service fees, and are set by the issuing authority, and are subject to change without notice.
Acceptance, processing time, and issuance of an apostille are at the sole discretion of the applicable issuing authority. Our service fees do not include government filing fees unless expressly stated.
