Mission

Radiant Life College of Ministry exists to provide accessible Christian ministry education, biblical training, leadership development, and practical preparation for service in churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and community-based faith settings.

Admissions Requirements

  • Completed admissions application.
  • High school diploma, GED, or homeschool completion documentation.
  • Valid student contact information.
  • Program readiness review by admissions or academic advising.
  • Review of catalog, refund policy, tuition disclosures, and enrollment agreement before enrollment.

Enrollment Agreement

Students should review the Enrollment Agreement / Application for Admission before enrollment, tuition payment, or final acceptance into a program. The enrollment agreement serves as the binding agreement between the institution and the student upon acceptance and signature.

Transfer Credit Policy

Transfer credit may be considered when coursework is comparable, documented by an official transcript, and applicable to the selected program. Transferability of credits earned at this institution is at the discretion of the receiving institution.

Tuition, Fees & Financial Assistance

Students must review the complete tuition and fee schedule before enrollment, including tuition per credit, application fees, technology fees, graduation fees, books/materials, and nonrefundable fees.

Federal Pell Grants, federal student loans, and other Title IV aid are not available at this time.

Students are responsible for payment through personal payment, approved payment plans, scholarships, sponsorships, or other non-federal funding sources.

Satisfactory Academic Progress

  • Students must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA unless a program requires a higher standard.
  • Students below standard may be placed on academic warning or probation.
  • Students who do not return to good standing may be suspended or dismissed.
  • Students may appeal academic actions using the published appeal process.

Attendance & Participation Policy

Students are expected to participate weekly in online coursework, discussion activities, assignments, and instructional engagement.

Leave of Absence Policy

Students requesting an approved leave of absence must submit written documentation to administration.

Graduation Requirements

Students must complete all required program credits, satisfy course and GPA requirements, meet financial obligations, and receive final academic approval.

Courses are delivered online through tools such as Google Classroom, Google Meet, recorded sessions, digital assignments, online assessments, and student dashboards.

Technology Requirements

Students must maintain reliable internet access and a device capable of accessing online coursework, Google Classroom, Google Meet, digital assignments, email, and course materials.

Student Records & Privacy

Student academic and enrollment records are maintained by the institution and treated as confidential.

Conduct, Complaints & Appeals

Students are expected to demonstrate respectful conduct, academic honesty, appropriate online behavior, and compliance with College policies. Complaints and appeals are reviewed by administrative personnel.
