Purpose

Because Radiant Life College of Ministry delivers courses primarily online, students are responsible for maintaining the technology needed to access coursework, communications, assignments, live sessions, and digital learning materials.

Required Technology

  • Reliable internet access
  • Computer, laptop, tablet, or compatible device
  • Working email account
  • Ability to access Google Classroom or other assigned learning platforms
  • Ability to access Google Meet, Zoom, or other live session tools when required
  • Ability to open PDF files, documents, presentations, and digital course materials

Recommended Technology

  • Updated internet browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge
  • Webcam and microphone for live sessions, presentations, or advising meetings
  • Headphones or earbuds for live sessions
  • PDF reader
  • Word processing software or access to Google Docs
  • Secure cloud storage or backup system for student work

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for checking course announcements, institutional email, assignment deadlines, and learning platform updates regularly.

Technology problems do not automatically excuse missed assignments, missed participation, late submissions, or failure to communicate with the institution.

Technical Support

Students experiencing technology issues should contact the institution as soon as possible. Students should describe the issue, include screenshots when available, and communicate before deadlines whenever possible.

Online Conduct & Security

  • Students should protect passwords and login credentials.
  • Students should not share account access with others.
  • Students should use appropriate online behavior during live sessions and digital communications.
  • Students should report suspected unauthorized access or security concerns to administration.

Platform Changes

Radiant Life College of Ministry may update or change learning platforms, communication tools, or technology requirements when necessary. Students will be notified of major changes when applicable.

Employers may submit a request to verify whether a certification issued by our program is valid.
